Welcome to Safari Restaurant and Bar (“Safari,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By visiting our venue, making a reservation, purchasing tickets, ordering online, or using our website or services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
Reservations & Seating

Reservations are strongly encouraged for peak dining hours and special events.

We may enforce time limits on tables during high-volume service periods.

A grace period of 15 minutes may be allowed for late arrivals. After that time, reservations may be released without notice.

Large parties may require a deposit or minimum spend requirement.
Age Policy

Guests under 21 are welcome during designated dining hours.

After designated evening hours, entry may be restricted to guests 21+ with valid identification.

The Treehouse lounge areas may remain strictly 21+ at all times.
Dress Code
Safari maintains an upscale atmosphere. Management reserves the right to deny entry based on attire deemed excessively revealing, offensive, unsafe, or inconsistent with the venue experience.
Payments

We accept major credit/debit cards and approved digital payment methods.

A service charge or gratuity may automatically be added to large parties or special events.

Prices, menu items, and promotions are subject to change without notice.
Events & Entertainment

Event tickets, sections, and deposits may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Safari reserves the right to modify entertainment schedules, DJs, performers, menus, or event programming without prior notice.

Guests participating in photography or videography at Safari consent to potential use of their likeness in promotional content unless otherwise prohibited by law.
Conduct Policy

Smoking Policy
Smoking is only permitted in designated approved areas. Guests must comply with all local laws and venue rules.
Liability
Safari is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings. Guests assume responsibility for personal conduct while on the premises.
Intellectual Property
All branding, logos, photos, menus, graphics, and content associated with Safari are owned by Safari Restaurant and Bar and may not be used without written permission.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
