REFUND POLICY
For Safari Restaurant and Bar

Reservations

Reservation deposits may be non-refundable unless cancellation occurs within the stated cancellation window.

No-shows or late cancellations may result in forfeiture of deposits.
Event Tickets & Sections

All ticket and section sales are final unless an event is canceled by Safari.

Transfers may be permitted at management discretion.
Food & Beverage
All food and beverage purchases are final once prepared or served. Refunds or replacements may be considered for incorrect items or verified quality concerns reported promptly to management.
Private Events
Private event deposits and retainers are non-refundable unless otherwise outlined in a signed agreement.
Weather & Approved Refunds
Refunds are not issued for weather-related cancellations or disruptions. Reservations, tickets, sections, and private events may be rescheduled, subject to availability and management approval.
If a refund is otherwise approved:
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
• Processing times may vary depending on the financial institution.
