Reservations

  • Reservation deposits may be non-refundable unless cancellation occurs within the stated cancellation window.

  • No-shows or late cancellations may result in forfeiture of deposits.

Event Tickets & Sections

  • All ticket and section sales are final unless an event is canceled by Safari.

  • Transfers may be permitted at management discretion.

Food & Beverage

All ticket and section sales are final unless an event is canceled by Safari. Transfers may be permitted at management discretion.

Private Events

Private event deposits and retainers are non-refundable unless otherwise outlined in a signed agreement.

Approved Refunds

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Processing times may vary depending on the financial institution.
